Staying at this hotel felt like being in a little mansion with kind and helpful staff. The location is wonderful, just a three-minute walk to the main plaza. The hot water and strong flow made my stay comfortable and clean. The beautifully decorated courtyard added to the seventeenth-century atmosphere.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms felt like a little mansion and were really big, the staff was kind and helpful, and the location was wonderful, just 3 minutes away from the main plaza. The hot water with strong flow was a great plus, and the room's street-facing position allowed for refreshing breezes. However, the room amenities were slightly lacking with only two towels for three guests and minimal toilet paper. The room's rustic feel with a basic shower and a tiled floor, although functional, may not appeal to everyone.

The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms that, while noisy from passing cars, overlook a beautifully decorated courtyard, maintaining a seventeenth-century atmosphere. The service is attentive to details and includes a lovely older dog as the property's mascot. The location is ideal, with well-preserved plants and architecture, a terrace boasting an amazing view, and a serene environment just steps away from the downtown area. On the downside, the room amenities were lacking, and the dining experience, though included in the rate, was not sufficient. However, the overall atmosphere is perfect for rest and relaxation after exploring Taxco.
